Destinations Plus would like to help you plan a fun trip through our many different services. We offer Day & Multi-day tours, just a meal, hotel arrangements or one stop all year' round. You will see below the policies and procedures for our Day & Multi-day tours.

Day Trip Package Policies:
Packages Include: Prices are per person, payable in US funds and include step-on-guide, meals w/gratuities, admissions and taxes where applicable, but do not include shopping expenditures, alcoholic beverages unless stated, guide or driver gratuity or transportation. We will be happy to assist you with your transportation needs.

Complimentary Policies/Minimum Numbers: Group leader/escort is comp with 35+ paid passengers. A minimum of 20 passengers is required unless otherwise stated in the tour description. If 20 – 29 paid passengers, add $2.50 per person and no comp will be given to the group leader/escort. The driver is always comp on day trips regardless of the number of passengers.

Due Dates for Headcounts: Headcounts with menu selections are due two (2) weeks prior to tour date. Guaranteed count is due 72 hours prior to tour date. Any cancellations or no shows within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds nor exempt from payment. Additions will be accepted up thru date of tour if space is available.

Deposits/Balance of Payment/Contracts: Deposits on most day trips are waived once credit has been established. Final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to arrival. The driver or group leader/escort may bring the balance adjustment check the day of the tour. A signed contract must be returned no later than two weeks from dated contract. NOTE – Due to the uniqueness of Chautauqua Institution, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Erie County Fair and other ticket related venues, please call Destinations Plus at 716-934-9522 or 1-800-364-6165. Fax 716-934-4236 E-mail destplus@roadrunner.com to discuss their contract policies. Accepted forms of payment are checks payable to Destinations Plus, money orders and even cash! Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received two (2) weeks prior to the tour date. Cancellations received within the two (2) week period will be charged a minimum of $50.00 and a maximum of not more than the per person rate based on 35 passengers, depending on our supplier’s policies.

Multi-Day Package Policies:

Packages Include: Prices are per person based on single, double, triple, quad, payable in US funds and include welcome reception(s), baggage handling (one bag per person), step-on-guide, meals w/gratuities, admissions and taxes where applicable, but do not include alcoholic beverages unless stated, shopping expenditures, transportation, guide or driver gratuity. We will be happy to assist you with your transportation needs.

Complimentary Policies/Minimum Numbers: Group leader/escort is comp with 35+ paid passengers. Pricing is based on 35 paid passengers. If count is less than 35, pricing will increase and is dependent on tour contents. A minimum of 20 passengers is required unless otherwise stated in the tour description.

Due Dates for Rooming Lists and Headcounts: Rooming lists, headcounts with menu selections are due two (2) weeks prior to tour date. Some properties require one month out for rooming lists. Guaranteed count is due 72 hours prior to tour date. Any cancellations or no shows within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds nor exempt from payment.

Chautauqua Institution/Athenaeum Hotel guaranteed count is 7 days prior to tour date. Any cancellations or no shows within 7 days are not eligible for refunds nor exempt from payment.

Additions will be accepted up thru date of tour if space is available.

Deposits/Balance of Payment/Contracts: Deposits (usually $250) due two months prior to arrival for most properties and is refundable (less cancellation fee) if cancelled at least 30 days out. A $50.00 per coach cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. If deposit and signed contract are not returned by specified date, tour will be automatically cancelled and you will be invoiced a $50.00 cancellation fee. A signed contract must be returned no later than two weeks from dated contract.

Driver’s Policy: Driver’s receive special room rates at each property. All other tour fares are complimentary if group has 35 paid or more. If under 35 paid, driver to pay for room and charged fares and the amount will be noted on your contract.

Group Leader/Escort Policy: Complimentary package for the group leader/escort will be extended with 35 paid passengers. If passenger count falls below 35 paid passengers per coach, group leader/escort will pay the single rate, unless sharing a room.
